The Financing Agreement for “Annual Action Programme for Turkey for the year 2019", which was signed on 19.06.2020 with notes , has been determined according to 2. and 3. articles of the Presidential Decree numbered as 9 on 18.06.2020. The related Financing Agreement entered into force on 22.06.2020.
