Under the current circumstances regarding COVID 19 pandemic, Turkish authorities announced a number of measures that will further restrict people's mobility between 16-19 May 2020. This is to inform that for the tenders (EuropeAid/140697/IH/SUP/TR and EuropeAid/140153/IH/SER/TR) which have a tender submission deadline of 18.05.2020, tenders may be submitted in the next working day which is 20.05.2020 until 17:00 (local time) in line with the instructions in the Contract Notice.
